The Dallmayr always remains the Dallmayr. There is this image of that highly polished brass plate; polished by the lovely older lady who likes to expertly advise her clients and knows them by their name. One is almost disappointed that she never polishes, when you pass by, so familiar is the picture engraved in your memory.
For a gourmet safari at the deli Dallmayr you should always allow plenty of time. Just so you can indulge all the glories precisely and try a few things to take home. Finish your ‘journey’ with a freshly brewed coffee and cake on the fiery red benches in the café.
All the treasures that you find at Dallmayr have undergone countless tastings until they were selected and marked with the label. Wine, salmon, ham, pastries, chocolates, cheese and honey from around the world. Not to mention the many Bavarian delicacies as white sausages (Weisswürste), Bavarian cream cheese (Obatzda), sausage salad and dumplings.
Behind this quality there is much passion and endless love for tradition. In spite of the steady growth of the past few years Dallmayr has remained a family business that is still personally managed by its owners Wolfgang Wille and George Randloser today. Sons, daughters and even daughter in law have joined the team.
