Vienna Naschmarkt
What The Heart Desires

An experience that should not be missed!

Especially on Saturday morning, visit the Vienna Naschmarkt (snack market) to soak up the unique atmosphere and the smell of fresh fruit, spices, fried meat and freshly baked bread.

Traders and stalls line up between the Vienna Kettenbrückengasse and Karlsplatz offering everything your heart desires. It gets quite busy so prepare to get cosy with others.

A Classic spot for a melange or an aperitivo is the Do-An or Neni next door. For those that enjoy the Viennese coffeehouse charm we recommend the Drechsler, an institution at Naschmarkt, which was carefully renovated by Terence Conrad in 2007.

Umar offers great fish directly on site and the tiny deli kiosk Urbanek is popular for its ham and cheese snack with a glass of wine.
